Individual Supervision

I am currently studying an MSc in Advanced Psychotherapy and Supervision and am accepting Supervisees as part of my degree. If you are in a Helping Relationship or a qualified therapist and require supervision for your role, you are welcome to get in touch for free supervision.

Your supervision sessions can be limited to a specific number, or be open-ended. They can take place at my office or online. They will last either 1 hour, or 1 hour 30 minutes, and take place either once or a month or twice a month depending on the number of clients you work with. Just like when working with a client, we will enter into a supervisory contract if we choose to work together and will be adhering to the BACP ethical guidelines. Although every individual Supervisor works differently depending on their therapeutic background, the supervisory models used will be generally the main process. The most common used are the Seven Eyed Model (Hawkins & Sohet) and the Cyclical Model (Page & Wosket) which will be interwoven within a Supervisee-Centred foundation and my qualified experience as an Integrative trauma-informed therapist.
Please be aware that currently all sessions will be audio recorded with your consent due to the working agreement set via the university. Yourself and your clients will be kept anonymous.
