The Samaritans are a charity helpline of trained support staff who are there to speak to you on the phone when you maybe in crisis, or need someone to talk to. They are not there to tell you what to do, but there to listen and not judge.

If you're under 18 and need someone to talk to, you can phone, email or chat online to a trained professional who can help, for free.
BEAT
BEAT is an eating disorders support organisation that can help you understand, learn and support you with your eating disorder. They also provide useful training for friends, family members and professionals on understanding eating disorders.
You can speak to BEAT 3pm - 5pm Monday to Friday for free and do not appear on bills
The NAPAC support recovery for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse. They provide helpful resources and CPD for professionals or those who want to understand more.

A fantastic organisation supporting women and children who are living with domestic violence. There is information and resources for friends, family and professionals.
A national domestic abuse service, Refuge are there to speak to regarding domestic abuse, help you safety plan (keep yourself safe) and provide advice and support.

CALM are a suicide prevention charity aimed at supporting men, but now supports anyone over 18 experiencing suicidal thoughts, have lost someone to suicide, or if you're worried about someone who is suicidal. Their helplines are free, confidential and anonymous and can be accessed by Phone, WhatsApp or live chat.
