Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • You've sent a message via the online messaging service or chat box.

  • You've booked yourself in for a counselling session or initial assessment

  • You've joined the website membership in doing so via the platform or mobile app.

We use the information that you have given us in order to make bookings or contact you to discuss your booking or enquires. We will not share this information with anyone unless for safeguarding reasons or as a request by law.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

  • We have a contractual obligation (such as your counselling contract).

We collect and hold your information for as long as you are in a counselling contract with us, if you have entered your information and are no longer using the website, or require sessions to be booked under your name, your account and information is immediately deleted.

Your information is not passed on to any third parties unless it is a requirement to do so by law, such as safeguarding concerns or a request by the Police or Courts.

How we store your personal information

Our company is hosted on the platform. provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
